Payment issues

Sometimes purchases in "Under Fire" take some time to be completed, due to busy online payment providers. If you don’t see your purchase right away, just wait a little!

If your purchase still has not been delivered after some time, please contact our tech support service. Our specialists will figure out the reason for your delay and make sure your purchase is delivered to your account. We’ll do everything we can to make sure things go through as quickly as possible! When you submit your request to tech support, please attach a screenshot of your payment receipt and indicate your game ID and which social network you use.
